1. Who we are

Blessing Properties L.L.C (“we”, “us”) is a real estate company in the United Arab Emirates that advertises properties for rent. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, who sees it and what your choices are.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address. If you register with an email and password, we store your password only as a one-way encrypted hash: nobody at Blessing Properties L.L.C can read it. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from them.
• Inquiries: the name, email address, phone number (optional) and message you send through the contact or property inquiry form, and the property you asked about.
• Saved properties: the listings you save to your account.
• Usage information: which pages you open, what you search for (and whether we had results), which properties you view, the site you came from, your browser type and, when our host provides it, your approximate country. We do not store your IP address: we keep only a one-way hash of it to spot abuse and to limit spam.
• Sign-in security data: failed login attempts and temporary lock-outs, to protect accounts.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.

• To show properties and run your account (including confirming your email address and letting you choose a password).
• To answer your inquiries. When you send one, you automatically receive an acknowledgement email with a reference number, and our team is notified so someone can reply.
• To understand demand (for example which searches find nothing) so we can improve the listings we offer.
• To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix errors.
• To meet legal obligations.

4. Who can see your data

• Our team. Staff with an account can read inquiries and reply to them. Copies of inquiry notifications and of our replies may be sent to selected members of our team. Only owners and developers can see staff activity and technical settings.
• Service providers that run the website for us (see section 6). They may only process data on our behalf.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and similar storage

We use only what the site needs. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Sign-in cookie: keeps you signed in (essential).
• Preferences: your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser.
• Session note: a short marker in your browser so a visit is counted once, and so a property view is counted once per visit.
• App files: if you install the site as an app, static files (logo, icons, an offline page) are stored on your device so it opens quickly. Pages and account data are never stored offline.

6. Services we rely on

Using the website involves these providers, which receive the data needed for their job:

• Hosting and database providers (where the site and its data run).
• Cloudinary (stores and delivers property photos and videos).
• An email delivery service (sends our emails: sign-up links, acknowledgements and replies).
• Google and Facebook (only if you choose to sign in with them).
• OpenStreetMap (map images on property pages; your browser contacts their servers, so they see your IP address) and YouTube (embedded property videos, using its privacy-enhanced mode).

7. Where data is processed

Some of these providers operate outside the UAE. When your data is transferred, we rely on providers that protect it to a standard consistent with applicable UAE data-protection law.

8. How long we keep it

• Accounts and saved properties: until you ask us to delete the account.
• Inquiries and our replies: as long as needed to deal with your request and keep a record of our dealings, then deleted or anonymised.
• Usage and security logs: for a limited period (180 days by default), after which they are removed. Page-visit counters hold no personal data.

9. Security

Passwords are stored as hashes, secrets are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, sign-in attempts are rate limited, and access to the admin area is restricted to approved staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or stop using it for a purpose. Email kalleblessing@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it.

11. Children

This website is for adults looking to rent property. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be highlighted on the site.
